MEDIA/PR TEAM NEEDS YOUR HELP
Our Media/PR Team is ready to work, and you can help us in two ways:

1. We need to shoot film for a public service announcement we're developing. If you have an upcoming game, practice, or scrimmage and would be willing to allow our camera crew to film the game and athletes, please contact our media team ASAP. We are looking to film during the next two weeks. Don't miss this opportunity to give your team some air time!

2. We are putting together stories on Games participants, which will be pitched to local television and newpaper reporters. These stories will profile students and coaches who may have participated in the Games multiple years and/or have been impacted by the Games. Another approach is to profile students and coaches who have success stories as a result of life challenges.

Here's what we are looking for:
· Student name and school
· Brief info on student (1-5 sentences)
· Coach name and brief info on coach
· Contact phone numbers and school address
· Hours that you and students are generally available
· Permission from student to be interviewed

Again, this is a great opportunity to highlight your students, school and athletic program and how you support the L.A. Watts Summer Games. Send your stories to our media team.
