Rules:
1. The playing field will be 70 yards long and 50 yards wide, with
a 10-yard end zone.
2. The game will consist of (2) halves. Each half will be (20) min.
long. There will be a (5) min. halftime break. All timing; will
be a running clock; except the last (2) min. of the second half.
In the last (2) min. of the second half. The clock will stop on
dead balls and out of bound plays.
3. The winner of the coin toss will have the choice of offense,
defense, or deferring until the second half.
4. To start each half and after each try, the ball will be put in
play at the 30-yard line of the offensive team.
5. There will be (7) players on each side. All teams are required
to use a center. All team players must wear same color jerseys.
6. The offensive team will have (3) downs to make 10 yards, until
the ball passes the opponent’s 40-yard line. At that point
the offense will have (4) downs to make 10 yards. If the offensive
team fails to convert a fourth down opportunity, the defense will
take over at it's own 30 yard line.
7. The ball must be snapped from a center position, with a legal
snap between the legs. If the QB fails to release the ball within
4 seconds, the play is ruled incomplete. The ball will go back to
the original line of scrimmage. No penalty besides loss of down
will be incurred.
8. There must be at least (1) back in the backfield to start each
play. (Backs are allowed to go out for passes).
9. One running back draw play (a run between the offensive tackles)
per each set of downs, until the ball is inside the opponent’s
10-yard line. No QB draws are allowed!
10. There will be no blocking or bumping of any type (unless it’s
a running play. blocking only allowed at the line of scrimmage).
No rushing the QB, and no bumping the receivers.
11. Players will be deemed down when touched by one or both hands
anywhere on the body.
12. An intercepted ball is dead and belongs to the intercepting
team at its own 30-yard line. (Intercepting team awarded (2) points.
13. All fumbles that hit the ground are dead and belong to the fumbling
team, unless the fumble occurs on the fourth down and ends the offensive
series. Then the fumble would result in a change of possession.
14. There will be no punting. All new series will start at the offensive
30-yard line.
15. Scoring will be as follows: Touchdowns = 6 pts, PAT’s
= 1 pt. Intercepted pass = 2 pts. Non-scoring penetrations of the
opponents 20 yard line = 1 pt. (If there is a score during the possession
in which the 20-yard line was penetrated, the point is erased).
No kicking PAT’s, No field goals, No safeties.
16. If the game is tied at the end of regulation play. Kansas City
TieBreaker will be put into effect. The winner of the coin toss
will have the choice of offense or defense (no deferment). The ball
is placed at the 10-yard line. Each team will have (4) consecutive
downs to advance the ball or score. If the offensive team scores
on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd down, or if a pass is intercepted, the offensive
series will end immediately.
17. No timeouts allowed in 1st half. Only one timeout allowed in
the 2nd half.
18. Only one offensive coach will be allowed on the field for offense.
(Must remain 10 yards behind the deepest offensive player, during
the entire play) Defensive coaches and substitutes are to remain
in the team area at all times.
19. National Federation Rules will apply unless superseded by this
list of rules
20. At the end of each flight, if two or more teams have the same
number of wins and losses, the team with the most total points will
be declared the winner and advance. If two teams have the same number
of points, a coin toss will determine the winner, if three or more
teams have the same number of points, the winner will be determined
by drawing lots.
